Fixed a tough problem

They kept us informed every step of the way when we needed immediate repair. Fred was very nice to me when explaining the problem, and also very patient when I had him wait for my husband to call so he could explain it to him. Very friendly, helpful people. Tried to work as fast as they could to get us back on the road as soon as possible.

Each time I have used Gellings, they have done an excellent job of diagnosing and solving the problem in a timely manner. Fred always calls to let me know what the expense is going to be if other than normal service, as he says; "he doesn't want me to have a coronary"! Thankis Fred on both accounts!
